About me
Hi, I’m Leah.
I’m a qualified Legal Executive with over 20 years’ experience in legal and executive support.
Having worked across a wide range of practice areas, I bring deep practical knowledge and a thorough understanding of how lawyers work, so you don’t have to explain the basics.
My background includes law firms in both New Zealand and the UK, and executive assistant roles for governance and C-level leaders across multiple industries, which brings strong organisational instincts to everything I do.
I believe good support should feel seamless. My aim is to fit into the way you already work, not to add another thing for you to manage. Knowing your practice is running well means you can put your energy where it matters.
If you’d like to talk through where you need support, I’d be glad to hear from you.

FAQs
Good questions to ask before you hand anything over.
-
We work inside your existing systems, whether that’s your practice management software, shared drive or inbox. You send work through whichever channel suits you, and we agree up front how and when you’d like updates.
-
Client information is accessed only through your systems or secure, password-protected accounts, and only for the work you’ve asked us to do. We’re happy to sign your confidentiality agreement, and police disclosure is handled in line with the restrictions that apply to it.
-
Support is charged by the hour, with a clear record of the time spent on each task so you always know what you’re paying for.
-
No. Some clients use us for a few hours a month, others every week. You can scale up or down as your caseload changes.
-
Yes. We regularly step in during busy periods, leave or while you recruit, so work keeps moving without a temporary hire.
-
We’re experienced across the main practice management systems, including Actionstep, Clio and OneLaw, as well as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and most everyday productivity, file-sharing and communication tools. If you’re choosing a system for a new practice, we can help you decide and set it up.
